Celebrate with us as City Collective Church turns 8 years old! We will have snacks after service and a great time rejoicing in what God has done in our community in the past, present, and future.
Homelitics - Bible Reading 101
What if reading the Bible could feel a little less intimidating and a lot more approachable?
Bible Reading 101 is a space to practise a simple way of studying Scripture that moves from observation to transformation. Together, we’ll learn how to slow down, ask questions, notice what the text is actually saying, and consider how it shapes the way we live.
You don’t need to be a Bible expert! We’ll work through Scripture together using guided worksheets and practise what we’re learning in small groups. A leader will be present throughout the session to help, answer questions, and guide you along the way.
This will be held during our monthly lunches in the Collective Kids classroom (room at the bottom of the stairs). Grab a plate, make your way to the classroom and join us!
Come ready to learn, practice, and grow in your confidence as you read Scripture.

Join us for a drop in time where we make time for God, and we make time to “make.” This creative discipleship practice will meet bi-weekly on Monday's (at the HUB), you are welcome to come for the whole time or only for the time you can make room for.
No art/creative practice experience necessary! While we will engage with creative mediums, the main goal is for us to connect to God in a new way.
From January to June of 2026, we will be working through prompts based out of the Psalms.

Serve Sunday!
Join us for Serve Sunday, a special day where we step outside the walls of our church and into our community to serve with purpose and love. Whether it’s through hands-on help, hospitality, or simply showing up with a smile, there's a place for everyone to get involved.
We’ll be serving in a variety of locations across the city, each with its own unique needs:
- New Hope
- Local city Clean Up
- City Dream Center (Pending Confirmation)
Each site will have a point person to guide volunteers and provide all necessary instructions. Service times vary by location, and all details will be confirmed after registration.
This is a wonderful opportunity to live out our faith, build community, and make a tangible impact. Register now and choose your preferred location – let’s serve together!

Join us for a relaxed and joy-filled Volunteer Celebration Dinner — come and enjoy time together with every team and volunteer who makes our church feel like home.
Whether you serve weekly or occasionally, behind the scenes or up front—you matter, and we hope to see you there!
Father's "Activate" Event
This is an evening to celebrate the Dad's at City Collective and what better way to do that then some friendly competition. We want to see what you can do in the wide variety of games and events that Activate Langley provides. For 60 minutes we will roll through various activities and see who comes out with the most points. Afterwards whoever wants to join for some food is welcome to come to Tap & Barrel.

Mocktails & Mingle
